Privacy Policy — Iron Dominion
Effective date: September 15, 2026
Easy Cube Games ("we", "us", or "our") provides Iron Dominion, an Android game with package name com.easycube.irondominion. This policy explains what information is processed when you use the game, why it is used, who receives it, and your choices.
Privacy Acceptance
The initial Privacy screen explains that tapping Accept accepts this Privacy Policy and enables game analytics, crash reports, and advertising, including personalized advertising. Analytics and crash reports help us improve Iron Dominion; advertising supports the game. This is one combined choice, with no separate in-game switches for these purposes. Acceptance is required to continue past this screen.
The game keeps analytics and crash-report collection disabled and does not initialize its advertising manager before this acceptance. We pass the accepted advertising choice to CAS.AI. Your device's privacy settings and the advertising partners' applicable restrictions also affect what data can be used and which ads can be shown.
Information Stored on Your Device
Iron Dominion does not require a player account or ask for your name, email address, or phone number to play. Game progress and preferences are stored locally on your device. These include your champions, upgrades, in-game resources, chests, squad, difficulty, run progress, tutorial progress, language, sound settings, gameplay statistics, the privacy decision, purchase entitlements, transaction records used to avoid duplicate rewards, and advertising reward limits. A local queue can temporarily hold analytics events awaiting delivery after acceptance.
We do not provide an account-based cloud save service. Android or your device provider may back up app data according to your device's backup settings. Such backups are managed by that provider.
Firebase Analytics
We use Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how the game is used and improve the player experience. It processes app usage information, such as app launches, sessions, engagement, and events recorded by the game, together with app version, device model, operating system, language, and a randomly generated app-instance identifier. Game events include progression, shop visits, purchase attempts and outcomes, granted resources, ad requests and displays, ad rewards, and revenue measurements. Purchase measurements may include the product, price, currency, and transaction information; ad measurements may include the placement, format, network, and revenue for an impression.
Analytics can derive an approximate location, such as a country or region, from your device's IP address. This does not require access to your device's precise GPS location. Depending on the Android version, device privacy settings, and Analytics configuration, Analytics may also process the Android advertising identifier. These identifiers are not your name or email address, but they can distinguish an app installation or device and should not be treated as fully anonymous.
Firebase Crashlytics
We use Firebase Crashlytics to detect, investigate, and fix crashes and other errors. Reports may include error messages and stack traces, timestamps, app version, operating system, device model, memory and storage information, app state, and installation or session identifiers generated by Firebase.
To help reproduce an error, reports can also contain limited gameplay context: the map floor and node type, battle identifier and outcome, run phase, selected difficulty, in-game gold, current screen, and progress statistics such as runs started, wins, and tutorial stage. These reports support troubleshooting; they are not a cloud backup of your save.
Information You Send to Us
If you contact us for support or about privacy, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include, such as a description of a problem or an attachment. We use this information to respond and handle your request. Please do not send passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information that is not needed for your request.
How Information Is Used and Shared
We use the information described above to operate and improve Iron Dominion, understand usage, diagnose technical problems, deliver and measure advertising, fulfill purchases, prevent duplicate grants and advertising fraud, respond to support requests, and meet applicable legal obligations.
Google receives analytics and diagnostic data through its Firebase and Google Analytics services. Google processes that information under the terms and privacy rules applicable to those services. Advertising partners and purchase providers receive information as described below and may use it under their own privacy policies. We may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect the security of the service or the rights of our users.

Advertising
Iron Dominion includes third-party advertising delivered through CAS.AI (Clever Ads Solutions). Formats include optional rewarded videos and interstitial ads at selected breaks in gameplay. Buying the permanent removal of forced ads disables interstitials; optional rewarded videos remain available.
The game integrates CAS.AI OptimalAds together with Ogury, Moloco, and Chartboost. The included networks are IronSource, Unity Ads, Google Ads, Liftoff Monetize, InMobi, Mintegral, AppLovin, Pangle, Bigo, Yango Ads, Meta Audience Network, Yso Network, CASExchange, Maticoo, Monetrix, Ogury, Moloco, and Chartboost. The network serving an ad can vary with availability, region, and partner settings. CAS.AI and its advertising partners may process device and advertising identifiers, IP address and approximate location, device model and operating system, app information, language, and ad interactions such as requests, impressions, clicks, and reward completion. These data support ad delivery, personalization where permitted, measurement, attribution, and fraud prevention. The game does not request precise GPS location for advertising.
Our initial acceptance includes personalized advertising. Advertising partners may use information from this and other apps or services according to their own policies and applicable settings. Not every partner uses every data category or personalization method. For details and partner privacy choices, see CAS.AI's Privacy Policy. For more information about AppLovin's collection and use of your information, visit AppLovin's Privacy Policy.
In-App Purchases
The game offers purchases such as removal of forced ads, a starter supply pack, and steel packs. Payments are processed by Google Play through Unity In-App Purchasing. Google handles payment credentials and billing; we do not receive your payment card details. The game receives store product and transaction information to deliver purchases, acknowledge transactions, and restore eligible permanent entitlements. We keep local transaction records to prevent duplicate delivery.
Purchasing does not create an Iron Dominion account or cloud save. Restoring purchases does not restore locally saved steel, cards, or levels. Purchase and revenue events can also be recorded by Firebase Analytics after acceptance, as described above. See Google's Privacy Policy and Unity's Game Player and App User Privacy Policy for information about those providers.
Identifiers and Similar Technologies
The game and its SDKs use local storage and app or device identifiers. Ad content and third-party pages opened from the game may also use cookies or similar technologies under the relevant provider's policy.
Data Retention
Local game data remains on your device until it is erased or replaced. Firebase Crashlytics retains crash traces and associated identifiers for 90 days before starting removal from its live and backup systems, as described in Firebase's retention information.
Analytics user and event data is retained according to the settings of our Google Analytics property and Google's service rules. Retention controls and their limits, including the separate treatment of aggregated reports, are described in Google Analytics data retention. We retain support correspondence only for as long as needed to handle the request and any applicable legal obligations.
Advertising partners and purchase providers retain information according to their policies and applicable obligations; Firebase Crashlytics' 90-day period does not apply to those records. The game's local analytics delivery queue expires events after seven days.
Your Choices and Data Deletion
You can read this policy at any time using Settings → Privacy Policy. This button opens the policy and does not change the saved privacy decision. If you do not wish to accept the combined choice, leave the initial screen without tapping Accept.
You can erase your local game progress using Settings → Erase progress and confirming the action. This resets gameplay progress but preserves purchase rights, transaction records, and the saved privacy decision. You can clear the app's storage through Android settings or uninstall the app to remove data from the current installation. Device backups, if any, are controlled through your device provider's settings.
Clearing app storage resets the local privacy decision; the initial Privacy screen will appear again. To stop future game analytics, crash reporting, and advertising requests, stop using the game or clear its storage and do not accept again. A purchase that removes forced ads does not disable analytics or crash reporting.
Erasing local progress or uninstalling the game does not automatically delete analytics, crash reports, advertising data, or purchase records already held by providers. To request access to or deletion of information we hold about you, contact us at the address below. Because there are no player accounts, your email address alone may not identify a particular analytics or crash record. We may ask for information reasonably needed to verify and locate the relevant records.
You can manage the Android advertising identifier through your device's privacy settings, where available. This does not disable all analytics or crash reporting. Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights to correct your information, object to or restrict processing, withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, or raise a concern with your local data protection authority. Contact us to exercise these rights.
Security and International Processing
Firebase and Google Analytics encrypt data in transit. We limit access to information to what is needed for the purposes described in this policy. No method of transmission or storage can guarantee complete security.
Google, CAS.AI, and other providers may process information in countries other than your own, including the United States. Their applicable terms and safeguards are explained in the provider privacy information linked above.
Children's Privacy
We do not knowingly collect children's personal information in violation of applicable law. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided personal information to us, please contact us. We will review the situation and take appropriate steps, including deletion where required.
Links to Other Sites
Advertisements and links to third-party websites, including those on this page, are governed by those websites' own privacy policies. We do not control their content or privacy practices.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this policy when our practices or the game change. We will publish the updated policy on this page and revise the effective date. Where required, we will also provide additional notice or obtain consent.
