Privacy Policy — Goblin Warcamp

Last updated: September 20, 2026 · Android package: com.easycube.goblinwarcamp

Easy Cube Games develops Goblin Warcamp. This policy explains the information used by the game, why it is used, and how to contact us. Contact: easycubeindiegames@gmail.com.

Your choice before gameplay

On the first launch, the game asks you to accept this policy and allow gameplay analytics and crash reporting. Acceptance is required to enter gameplay. We save this decision on your device before starting these services. There are no separate in-game switches for analytics and crash reporting. You can read this policy from the first-launch screen and from the main menu.

We do not send gameplay events collected before acceptance later. If Firebase has not been configured in a preview build, its analytics and crash-reporting services remain inactive.

Game progress and local storage

No account, sign-in, or cloud save is required. Your chosen nickname, camp, gold, shop offers, unfinished placement, language, sound preferences and battle progress are stored locally. The nickname is not included in the game’s Analytics events, user properties or Crashlytics user identifiers. Opposing camps and their fictional nicknames are generated content included with the game; battles are not live multiplayer. A limited local playtest log records game actions and battle outcomes on your device. The game does not upload that log as a file.

Starting a new run replaces the current run but does not revoke your privacy acceptance. Android device backups, if enabled by your device or system settings, may handle application data separately from our game. Local progress is not a server account.

Analytics and crash reports

After acceptance, configured builds use Google Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics:

These data help us understand gameplay, assess balance, improve the game and diagnose errors. Our custom events do not include your name, email address, payment information or the raw contents of your save. Advertising ID collection and advertising personalization signals are disabled in this game.

For information about Google's services, see Firebase privacy information, Firebase Android data disclosure and Google's Privacy Policy.

Advertising, purchases and social features

This version has no advertising SDK, real-money purchases, payment collection, player chat or user-uploaded content. Gold is an in-game resource, not real currency. Adding services that change these data uses will require an update to the app's disclosures and this policy.

Service providers and security

Google processes analytics and diagnostic data to provide Firebase services. We do not sell your personal information. Service providers may process data on servers outside your country under their applicable terms and safeguards. Service communications use encrypted connections. No storage or transmission method can guarantee complete security.

Retention and managing data

Local progress remains on your device until replaced or removed, subject to Android storage and backup behavior. Firebase data have their own retention rules. Analytics retention depends on the project's configured retention settings and the type of report; aggregated reports may follow different rules. Crashlytics describes a 90-day period before it begins removing applicable crash reports and installation identifiers from its live and backup systems. This is not a promise that all game-related data are deleted within 90 days.

Removing the app or clearing its local storage does not automatically erase information already processed by Firebase. If you stop using the app, it will no longer send new game events from that installation while it is not running. Previously processed data remain subject to the providers' retention policies.

Contact easycubeindiegames@gmail.com with privacy questions or a request concerning your data. Describe the request and identify Goblin Warcamp. Because there is no account and Firebase uses installation identifiers, an email address alone may not identify an installation's records. We will explain what information is needed and what action is possible under the applicable law and provider tools. There is no automatic in-game server-data deletion feature. Please do not send passwords, payment information or other unnecessary sensitive information.

Support, children and external links

If you contact support, we use the information you choose to provide to respond and investigate your request. The game does not ask for a date of birth. A parent or guardian with a concern about a child's information can contact us at the address above. Store age ratings describe game content separately from privacy and consent requirements.

Links to this policy or provider information open external pages with their own privacy practices. Opening a link alone does not change your in-game privacy decision.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy when the game or its services change. The date above identifies the current version. Materially different data purposes require an updated in-game privacy decision. Questions: easycubeindiegames@gmail.com.
